Catching UP

For the next few days I will be catching you all up on our lives. I hope you all have enough patience to atleast look at the pictures, the kids are cute.

Long past due

Yes, I know that almost 9 weeks of the school year are past but I wanted to share Pacer and Olivia's first days of school. Pacer is doing great he goes 2 1/2 hours 4 days a week to pre-school, they are helping him with his speech delay. He loves going to school and he loves riding the bus. One day when his bus was late he said "My but no comin, my but no comin". We have been amazed at how far his speech has come already. The last two days he has been singing the ABC song. Olivia is also enjoying preschool, but she is sad that she only goes two days a week. I am trying to make the rest of the time fun for her. She gets to go to preschool with her 2nd cousin Brooklyn (they are 9 day apart). They have a great time and I am sure they drive the teacher crazy.
I didn't get pictures of Marcus and Alyssa's first day of school shame on me. But they are also have a great time in their new school. Marcus is in 6th grade and gets to do the junior high thing with lockers and pe and all that fun stuff. Alyssa has her aunt for her teacher and is loving it, she always loves school. I think we are all adjusting to being in a new town and new schools just great.

Our New Hobby

We have started a new Hobby,Carl's parents bought jet skis this summer, and we are having a blast using them. Thankyou Bud and Jeanette. Carlynn, (Carl's sister) and her family and us have been able to take them to Lyman Lake several times. We have been having so much fun. I wish I had more pictures of our trips. I really enjoy riding the screamer one of the tubes as long as I don't fall off. The water is pretty cold. Over Labor Day weekend Marcus learned how to knee board and do some awesome tricks. Carlynn also bought a jet ski, that is strong enough to pull a skier. So the kids have a great time knee boarding. To bad that it is getting too cold and we will have to start winter sports. I do not like being cold and would much rather be at the lake in the SUN.

Alyssa's Baptism Day

Alyssa's baptism was great. We had so many family come from all over. What an awesome support we have. I love my family and Carl's family I couldn't ask for any better. The pictures are of course Carl and Alyssa, then my grandparents with Alyssa and then Elizebeth and Jordan. The three kids sang "When Jesus Christ was Baptized" they did such an awesome job. These three cousins are about 8 months apart. We had a great weekend with everyone. Thanks to all those who traveled so far to come. We were also able to see my brother's baby that they are adopting, she is so beautiful and did a suprise baby shower for them at my house after the baptism. I couldn't believe how many people we were able to fit in my tiny house. Tomorrow in the day light I will take some pictures of the house and our view. Thanks again to all who made it such a great weekend.
